I’m a calm, steady presence, and people usually say I’m easy to open up to—even if talking about feelings isn’t your thing.

I keep it warm, honest, and low-pressure, with a little humor when it helps cut the tension.

I’m deeply curious about how people work—and I love helping folks understand themselves better.

Around here, you don’t have to have it all together. You just have to show up.

You’ll feel the vibe from the first session: safe, open, no judgment. I bring a calm presence with just the right amount of challenge—I'll support you, but I’ll also call you out when it counts.

I’ve got an ambitious, let’s-do-this energy that tends to rub off on people.

I’ll work to support you in connecting those dots and challenging those parts that are no longer serving you - with a sprinkle of humour and the occasional catch phrase along the way (Sometimes you've got to feel the ‘feels’ to heal).

I use EMDR and other evidence-based tools to help you get real relief, not just insight.
